Full job description

A Food and Beverage (F&B) Controller monitors the purchasing, storage, issuing, and pricing of F&B items to maximize profitability and control costs. In tandem, Quality Control (QC) ensures these items meet safety, hygiene, and taste standards.

. F&B Controller (Focus: Profit & Loss)The F&B Controller is primarily a financial and inventory watchdog. Their core duties include:Cost Control: Calculating actual costs versus potential costs to identify variances and prevent waste or theft.Inventory Management: Overseeing purchasing, receiving, storing, and issuing of ingredients and liquor. They enforce systems like FIFO (First-In, First-Out) to prevent spoilage.

Quality Control (Focus: Standards & Compliance)Quality Control in the F&B sector is about delivering a safe, consistent, and high-quality product to the guest. Core responsibilities include:Vendor Auditing: Checking incoming deliveries for freshness, proper temperatures, and correct specifications.Safety & Hygiene: Ensuring kitchens and bars comply with regulatory standards (e.g., FSSAI in India), including regular temperature logging and sanitation audits.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
