Our mission is to deliver top-notch products and exceptional customer service.

• Job Overview: - We are looking for a Channel Partner Manager to develop and manage relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners, providing support and training, and managing the performance of existing partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in channel management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.

• Qualifications and Skills: - o Willingness to travel and possess a Vehicle and valid license o Minimum 10 years’ experience in dealership networking of construction related material like Doors, Plywood, Laminates, Veneers, Adhesives, Tiles, Sanitaryware, Cement, Steel, Electricals, Paints etc.
o Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders o Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities o Ability to work independently and as part of a team o Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies o Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners o Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills o Time management and organizational skills o Ability to work independently and as part of a team o Flexibility and adaptability to change o A desire to learn and grow in the channel management field o Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

Roles and Responsibilities: -

o Identify and onboard new channel partners o Provide support and training to partners to ensure success
o Manage the performance of existing partners, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals
o Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts
o Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions o Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts
o Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives o Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue o Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel o Provide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings o Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company
