Job Title: Nurse

Job Description:
Manipal Hospitals is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and assisting physicians in various procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work in a team-oriented environment, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care. Duties include assessing patient conditions, monitoring vital signs, preparing patients for examinations and treatments, and educating patients and their families about health management.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide patient care in a safe and effective manner
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs
Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and post-discharge care
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
Assist in managing medical equipment and supplies
Participate in continuous education and training opportunities

Skills and Tools Required:

Registered Nurse (RN) license
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
Understanding of medical terminology and procedures
Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certifications
Team player with a strong sense of empathy and compassion

Candidates with prior experience in a hospital setting and specialized training in areas such as pediatrics, geriatrics, or intensive care will be given preference.
