Kathputlee Arts & Films is an 18-year-old creative studio. We make films. We produce branded content. We work with brands, OTT platforms, and international collaborators. Two feature films are in distribution. The services business is expanding. The founder travels constantly.
We need one person who moves with the business.
**What this role actually is**
Not a desk job. Not a traditional EA role.
You will travel with or ahead of the founder — Delhi, Mumbai, Meerut, and internationally. You will manage vendors, freelancers, and production resources. You will handle client coordination, follow-ups, and BD support. You will be in the room for creative, business, and production conversations — and you will make sure things move after those conversations end.
This role suits someone from the media, marketing, or sales world who is organised, fast, and not precious about job titles.
**Backgrounds we are actively looking for**
— Media production coordination or agency operations
— Sales, BD, or account management at a content or marketing company
— Marketing or brand management with client-facing experience
— PR or communications with real event and logistics exposure
— Journalism or mass communication graduates who ended up in the business side of media
2–6 years preferred. Delhi or Mumbai based. Travel is not occasional — it is built into the role.

**Compensation**
₹3–6L CTC starting, based on experience. Review at 6 months.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
