As we expand our market footprint, we are looking for a high-calibre Sales Executive who can own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closure — and contribute meaningfully to our growth story.
Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Executive with a strong track record in B2B or technology sales. The ideal candidate brings 4–5 years of office-based sales experience, a hunter mentality for new business development, and the relationship management skills to retain and grow an existing client base. This is a high-impact role with direct visibility to senior leadership and significant earning potential through an uncapped incentive structure.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach — calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and in-person client meetings.
- Build and manage a healthy, consistently replenished sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations tailored to client needs within the B2B software and API segment.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to drive retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and prompt resolution of concerns.
Sales Target Ownership
- Own and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets aligned with organizational goals.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance reviews to the reporting manager.
Market Intelligence & Coordination
- Stay actively informed on B2B market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to identify whitespace opportunities.
- Collaborate seamlessly with pre-sales, product, and operations teams to ensure a smooth and timely sales-to-delivery transition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, deal stages, and activity logs within the CRM system.
Candidate Profile — What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- 4–5 years of demonstrated success in a B2B or technology sales role (office-based sales environment strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; ability to articulate complex product value propositions simply and convincingly.
- Excellent negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
- Highly target-driven with the discipline and self-motivation to work in a structured, office-based environment.
- Proficient with CRM software, MS Office, and standard business communication tools.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA or relevant post-graduation preferred but not mandatory).
Preferred Attributes
- Prior exposure to selling software products, SaaS platforms, or API-based technology solutions.
- Existing network within relevant B2B industries (IT, fintech, logistics, e-commerce, or similar).
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of client business models and buying cycles.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary
Approx Rupees 25000/- to Rupees 45000/- per month.
