Job Description – E-commerce Operations Manager Company: Good Leather Garments Location: Delhi We are looking for an experienced and responsible E-commerce Operations Manager to manage our online operations, customer support team, order processing, CRM handling, and backend operations for our leather jackets, shoes, and bags brand. Key Responsibilities • Manage online orders and backend operations • Handle customer support team and monitor performance • Manage WhatsApp and call support processes • Resolve customer complaints, exchanges, and refund issues • Handle COD confirmation and reduce fake/RTO orders • Coordinate with dispatch and packing teams • Monitor CRM and customer follow-up systems • Improve customer satisfaction and repeat orders • Prepare daily operations and sales reports • Manage Instagram and WhatsApp lead conversion Required Skills • Strong team management skills • Excellent communication and customer handling • Problem-solving mindset • Knowledge of CRM software and e-commerce systems • Experience with WhatsApp sales and online customer handling • Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge • Ability to work under pressure Preferred Experience • 3–6 years of relevant experience • Experience in fashion, footwear, leather, or D2C brands preferred • Experience handling Shopify or online store operations • Customer support management experience preferredPreferred Software Knowledge • Shopify • Zoho CRM • HubSpot • Freshdesk • Shiprocket Salary: 60,000 – 80,000 per month + Performance Incentives Ideal Candidate: A candidate who can take ownership, manage teams efficiently, solve customer problems quickly, and understands both sales and operations in an e-commerce business.
