Lead the Digital Engineering (Web & Mobile) division, driving technology vision, scalable solution delivery, and engineering excellence. The role focuses on building high-performing teams, enabling innovation, and ensuring strong client outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Define and implement a digital engineering roadmap aligned with business goals, client requirements, and emerging technology trends.
- Lead, mentor, and scale cross-functional engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and engineering excellence.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital engineering programs, including web, mobile, cloud, and platform-based solutions.
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices such as DevOps, CI/CD, Agile, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Architect and promote scalable, resilient, and cloud-native solutions, including microservices, APIs, and serverless architectures.
- Champion digital transformation initiatives by leveraging AI/ML, automation, data engineering, and low-code/no-code platforms where relevant.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges, provide consultative technology leadership, and build long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, UI/UX, data & analytics) to position and deliver end-to-end digital engineering services.
- Establish and monitor engineering KPIs, delivery metrics, and quality benchmarks to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to solutioning, pre-sales, and capability building for digital engineering offerings.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and digital engineering leadership, preferably in IT services or outsourcing environments.
- Proven expertise in delivering full-stack digital engineering solutions across web and mobile platforms.
- Strong experience with modern tech stacks such as React, Angular, Node.js, .NET, Flutter and Swift etc.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps toolchains.
- Deep understanding of platform engineering, API-first development, microservices architecture, and system design principles.
- Experience in implementing Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large distributed teams, manage complex client engagements, and deliver scalable digital products and platforms.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align engineering outcomes with business value.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
