Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and forward-thinking AI Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating AI tools and platforms into our day-to-day business operations, reducing manual effort, improving efficiency, and driving data-informed decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

AI Tool Management — Implement, manage, and optimise AI platforms including Claude (Cloud Code, Cloud Cowork), ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and other emerging tools
Dashboard Development — Build, manage, and maintain operational dashboards to track KPIs, performance metrics, and business insights in real time
Process Streamlining — Map existing company workflows and redesign them using AI-driven automation to improve speed and accuracy
Content Creation — Use AI tools to assist in generating marketing content, social media posts, newsletters, and brand communications
Reporting & Insights — Automate reporting pipelines and generate actionable insights from data for leadership and department heads
Research — Conduct AI-assisted research on industry trends, competitors, and business opportunities
Cross-Department Collaboration — Work closely with operations, marketing, and franchise teams to identify and implement AI solutions tailored to their needs
Training & Documentation — Train internal team members on AI tools and document all processes and workflows for scalability

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude (Anthropic), or similar
Familiarity with Cloud Code, Cloud Cowork, or equivalent AI-assisted development/collaboration platforms
Experience building dashboards using tools like Google Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Strong understanding of business operations, workflow automation, and process optimisation
Proficiency in prompt engineering and getting the best output from large language models (LLMs)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have

Experience in the fitness, wellness, or franchise industry
Knowledge of Python, SQL, or basic scripting for automation
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, CRM tools, or project management platforms (Notion, Asana, Monday.com)
Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced operational environment
