We are looking for a creative and energetic person who can take complete responsibility for creating high-quality visual content for our clients.
Role Overview
As a Video Content Creator & Digital Creative Executive, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and publishing creative content for SceneCoding and our clients.
The role includes photography, videography, reels, promotional videos, AI-generated creative content, flyers, social media posts, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
You should be someone who understands what a client is trying to achieve and can convert that requirement into engaging visual content.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit client locations to shoot photos and videos.
- Plan and execute video shoots based on client requirements.
- Create Instagram Reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, advertisements, product videos, and corporate content.
- Edit raw video footage into professional and engaging content.
- Perform photo editing, colour correction, sound editing, transitions, subtitles, effects, and other post-production work.
- Create flyers, posters, social media posts, banners, advertisements, and other digital creatives.
- Use AI creative tools to generate or enhance videos, images, designs, concepts, and marketing content.
- Understand current social media trends and create content accordingly.
- Create content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Manage and publish content on client social media accounts.
- Maintain posting schedules and ensure content is published on time.
- Coordinate directly with clients to understand their expectations and content requirements.
- Suggest creative ideas, concepts, reels, campaigns, and content formats.
- Maintain proper files, project folders, raw footage, and completed creatives.
- Work on multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Ensure all work is completed within agreed timelines.
- Support script writing, captions, content ideas, and marketing copy when required.
- Make revisions based on client feedback and ensure the final output meets expectations.
Skills Required
Candidates may use any professional tools they are comfortable with. We are more interested in the quality of the final output than a specific software package.
Knowledge of tools such as the following is an advantage:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- CapCut
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- AI creative tools
- Other professional photo/video editing software
What We Are Looking For
- Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling ability.
- Good understanding of social media content.
- Ability to shoot professional-quality photos and videos.
- Good video editing and design sense.
- Ability to understand client requirements and turn them into creative output.
- Willingness to travel locally to client locations for shoots.
- Ability to independently manage assigned client work.
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Kannada, Hindi, or additional languages are an advantage.
- Content writing, script writing, or copywriting ability is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of social media management is preferred.
Experience
We are open to:
- Strong freshers with an excellent portfolio.
- Junior candidates with practical experience.
- Experienced candidates who can independently manage client projects.
Formal qualifications are less important than creativity, practical skills, reliability, and portfolio quality.
Important
This is a hands-on role and may occasionally require working beyond normal office hours when a shoot, client requirement, deadline, or pending work needs to be completed.
Candidates should be comfortable taking ownership of their work and completing projects within deadlines.
