Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a Store Executive to manage day-to-day store and inventory activities, including material receiving, issuing, stock maintenance, and documentation. The candidate should have basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and check incoming materials as per invoices and purchase orders.
Maintain proper records of inward and outward materials.
Issue materials to production and other departments as per requirements.
Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records.
Conduct regular physical stock verification.
Prepare and maintain GRN, issue slips, stock registers, and related documents.
Update inventory records in Tally and maintain basic accounting/inventory entries.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments.
Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the concerned person about material requirements.
Ensure proper storage, identification, and arrangement of materials.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and 5S standards in the store.
Perform other store-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications & Skills

12th pass / ITI / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of experience in stores, inventory, or warehouse operations preferred.
Basic knowledge of Tally is required.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
