Hiring: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Location: Durgapur, West Bengal
Positions Open: 10

Experience: 1 year above on sales campaign.

Work Mode: Hybrid (Work From Home + Office Visit if Required)
Shift: US Shift

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer support calls professionally.
Have experience at International outbound voice process on sales campaign over 1 year.
Can be flexible with processes that organisation will provide to Associates.
Communicate effectively with customers in English.
Maintain high-quality customer service standards.
Follow process guidelines and achieve performance targets.
Work on Saturdays if business requirements demand.Eligibility Criteria
Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
Must be based in Durgapur, West Bengal.
Own a laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection.
Have a good-quality noise-cancellation headset.
Comfortable working in US shifts.
Flexible to work from home and visit the office when required.
Self-motivated and performance-driven.

Compensation

Commission-Based Opportunity for Incentives.
Earnings will be based on performance and USD-to-INR commission conversion.
High performers can earn significantly based on productivity and results.

Preferred Candidates

Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, BPO, or international voice processes.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
