Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role is primarily focused on end-to-end recruitment (80%), while also providing exposure to HR Generalist activities (20%). The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical positions.
Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Prepare and release offer letters and coordinate pre-joining activities.
Follow up with selected candidates until successful onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness.
Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and recruitment drives when required.

HR Generalist Activities

Assist with employee onboarding and induction programs.
Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal activities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in HR operations, policy communication, and employee lifecycle activities.
Provide administrative support for HR projects as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of experience in Recruitment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Experience in recruiting for IT, and Non-IT roles will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of Tamil or Hindi will be an added advantage for coordinating with candidates across different regions.
