Full job description

Store Operations and Customer Experience:

Coordination of daily floor meetings and create a positive atmosphere. Ensure that these meetings are conducted by the floor meeting checklist.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, including administrative tasks, facilities management, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Overseeing the timely and accurate opening and closing procedures of Maharani Wedding Collections, ensuring they are conducted with precision and efficiency to maintain the highest standards of operational excellence

Ensure team members adhere to established grooming standards for a polished and professional appearance.

Ensure that displays are visually appealing, well-organized, and in line with the store's brand image

Team Management and Development

Identify training and development needs for employees and coordinate relevant programs.

Coordinate with managers to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Acknowledging and rewarding team members who consistently provide outstanding performance

Provide guidance to the Maharani Wedding Collection team to achieve organizational goals

Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction

Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Human Resources

Ensure the HR department Facilitates the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to the final selection.

Ensure employee onboarding programs are conducted based on SOPs

Address and attend to the employee grievances towards effective resolution within a stipulated time (As and when such interventions are required)

Implement policies and procedures that promote a healthy workplace culture.

Conduct regular performance appraisals to HODs and provide constructive feedback

Develop team performance improvement plans when necessary.

Sales and Marketing

Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

Utilize social media and other channels to promote the store and engage with customers.

Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns.

Purchase

Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

Coordinate meetings for effective purchase planning Financial Management:

Prepare HRA and purchase Budget planning with finance manager

Control the HRA budget based on seasonal requirements.

Monitor and manage expenses within the allocated purchase budget.

Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans for the overall growth and success of Maharani Wedding Collections.

Implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.

Stock and inventory

Guide to inventory controller and monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Reports and communications

Provide regular updates to MD and GM on store performance.

Generate and analyze reports related to HR metrics, employee performance, customer satisfaction, stock movement, stock aging reports, inventory reports, vendor rating reports and showroom operations.

Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Daily activity reporting

Attend meetings organized by management and provide reports when required.

Work closely with the HO team to implement company-wide policies.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
