Full job description

Job / Position Title : Executive Assistant

Job Location: Perundurai, Erode, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualification & Experience : - Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field, with 5 - 10 years of experience in Business Analysis, MIS and secretarial support to the top management of any reputed organisations.

Strong understanding of business, secretarial functions and data interpretation with attention to detail.

Excellent verbal, written, presentation and analytical skills.

Strong organising, communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI and CRM software.

Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meeting deadlines, maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and ethics.

Key Responsibilities:

Take the lead on organizing the resources / data necessary and prepare high-quality business presentations.

To prepare and send daily reports and maintain organized records and report to the senior management team.Administrative support: Manage the MD's calendar, schedule appointments, and prioritize tasks.

Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and draft memos and letters.

Planning: Organize meetings, including sending reminders and preparing agendas.

Travel: Plan travel arrangements, including accommodations and transportation.

Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Decision-making: Make informed decisions about priorities and available time.

Problem-solving: Use technical skills to troubleshoot IT issues and cloud-based applications

Professionalism: Be professional and maintain a high level of integrity when dealing with others

Confidant: Act as a sounding board for the MD to discuss ideas and concerns

Stand-in: Stand in for the MD at non-critical meetings

To provide support to the Director, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and collating materials.

Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form.
