Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding activities for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
Help maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events and training sessions.
Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to special projects as needed.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
