Job Opening – Executive (B.Pharma)

Position: Executive – Pharmaceutical Operations / Documentation
Location: Okhla, Delhi
Experience: 2–3 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified B.Pharma graduate with 2–3 years of relevant experience in a Pharmaceutical or Medical Equipment company to support pharmaceutical operations, documentation, compliance, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage pharmaceutical, regulatory, and compliance documentation.
Prepare MIS reports, operational reports, and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, hospitals, and internal departments.
Review and verify pharmaceutical data and compliance-related documents.
Assist in quality assurance and regulatory compliance activities.
Support procurement and inventory-related documentation processes.
Handle email correspondence and administrative coordination.
Ensure timely reporting and accurate record-keeping.
Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) from a recognized university.
2–3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical operations, documentation, compliance, regulatory affairs, or related office-based roles.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria
