Job Description – UI/UX Designer

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Mores Techno Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer who can design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience, interface design, design principles, and modern UI trends.

Key Responsibilities

Create user-friendly and visually engaging UI/UX designs for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
Conduct user research and understand user requirements, business goals, and product objectives.
Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
Review existing interfaces and identify opportunities for improving usability and user experience.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make design improvements accordingly.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices.
Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colors, layouts, and overall visual experience.
Prepare design assets and specifications for the development team.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in Figma is required.
Knowledge of Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools will be an advantage.
Good understanding of responsive design and mobile-first design.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and interactive designs.
Understanding of usability, accessibility, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree/diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
Candidates with relevant experience and a strong portfolio may also be considered.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design. Freshers with an exceptional portfolio and strong knowledge of Figma may also be considered.
