Ayuda Organics is a growing organic grocery retail chain focused on delivering healthy, chemical-free, and sustainable food products to consumers. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head to lead retail sales growth, customer acquisition, team performance, and business expansion initiatives.

Job Summary

The Sales Head will be responsible for driving overall sales performance across retail stores, institutional sales, memberships, partnerships, and customer retention initiatives. The candidate should have strong FMCG retail experience, leadership capability, and strategic planning skills to scale the business.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Growth

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets.
Increase walk-in customers, repeat business, and average billing value.
Drive sales through retail stores, online channels, memberships, and corporate tie-ups.
Identify new business opportunities and expansion markets.

Team Management

Lead, train, and monitor store sales teams and supervisors.
Set KPIs, sales targets, and performance benchmarks for teams.
Conduct regular sales reviews and motivation sessions.
Build a high-performance customer-focused sales culture.

Retail Operations Support

Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure product availability.
Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving inventory trends.
Ensure proper merchandising and product placement in stores.

Customer Engagement & Branding

Plan customer retention activities, loyalty programs, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with marketing teams for offers, events, and seasonal promotions.
Maintain strong customer relationships and handle escalations effectively.

Business Development

Develop partnerships with housing societies, gyms, wellness centers, cafes, and corporate clients.
Explore B2B opportunities for organic products.
Support franchise or retail expansion initiatives.

Reporting & Analysis

Analyze sales reports, market trends, and customer behavior.
Prepare MIS reports and sales forecasts for management.
Suggest pricing, promotional, and product mix improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years experience in FMCG, retail chain, grocery, or organic products industry.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience handling multi-store sales operations preferred.
Knowledge of retail KPIs, customer acquisition, and sales analytics.
Proficiency in Excel, CRM, and retail sales software.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in supermarket, grocery chain, organic food, or FMCG retail brands.
Strong understanding of consumer buying behavior in health & wellness segment.
Ability to scale sales systems and processes.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and growth-focused mindset.
