Job Description – Collection ExecutiveKhushbu Auto Finance Ltd. (KAFL)About the Company

Khushbu Auto Finance Ltd. (KAFL) is a leading Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Atul Auto Limited. Incorporated in 1994 and registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), KAFL specializes in financing three-wheelers and serves as the captive finance arm of Atul Auto Ltd. Position Details

Position: Collection Executive
Location: Gaya, Bihar
Department: Collections
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Follow up with customers for timely collection of EMI dues.
Conduct field visits to customers for overdue account recovery.
Ensure achievement of monthly collection targets.
Maintain healthy customer relationships while ensuring effective recovery.
Update collection records and customer visit reports accurately.
Coordinate with the Branch Manager regarding overdue accounts.
Identify potential delinquent accounts and take timely follow-up actions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during collection activities.
Report customer feedback and market information to the management.
Handle customer queries related to loan repayments professionally.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers as well as candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Experience in NBFC, Banking, Microfinance, or Vehicle Finance will be preferred.
Must possess good communication and negotiation skills.
Should be willing to travel extensively for field collection.
Candidate must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a two-wheeler.
