Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an experienced and ambitious team committed to increasing IFR Solutions role and leave a lasting impact on the social sector.

Job Title : Team Leader

Roles & Responsibilities:

To build and lead a designated team of fundraising executives to generate funds for non-profit organisation from individual donors.
Accountable for handling team/subordinates and developing leaders.
To be responsible to meet the key task and targets of designated teams
Any other task that may be reasonably requested by the manager
Managing, developing and coaching the fund-raising executives and senior fundraisers for meeting desired targets.

Lead the non-profit clients for raising fund from existing sources and identify potential funding opportunities.

Ability to prepare performance reports and share it on weekly basis

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them.

Should have experience in Fundraising.
