Job Description – IT Executive / IT Support Engineer

Location: Sector -63 Noida, UP

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Greenbucks Securities Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, network systems, trading applications, cybersecurity controls, and user support functions. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted technology operations across all departments while maintaining data security and regulatory compliance standards applicable to the securities and broking industry.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Management

Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and network equipment.

Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime of IT infrastructure.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software applications.

Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity across office locations.

Coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMC, and maintenance of IT assets.

Trading & Broking Application Support

Provide technical support for trading platforms, back-office applications, RMS, DP software, and market data terminals.

Coordinate with software vendors and exchanges for issue resolution.

Ensure smooth functioning of applications used for client onboarding, trading, risk management, and reporting.

Support integration and maintenance of APIs and third-party financial applications.

Information Security & Compliance

Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls, antivirus solutions, firewalls, and endpoint security.

Manage user access controls, password policies, and data security measures.

Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery checks.

Ensure compliance with IT security policies and regulatory requirements applicable to stock broking operations.

Maintain logs, audit trails, and security documentation.

User Support & Helpdesk

Provide first-level and second-level technical support to employees.

Resolve hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.

Conduct system upgrades and user training when required.

Maintain IT asset inventory and support documentation.

Data Management & Reporting

Monitor database performance and coordinate with application vendors.

Generate IT-related MIS reports and infrastructure status reports.

Maintain records of IT assets, licenses, warranties, and support contracts.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft Office 365.

Experience with networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall, and Switch Management.

Knowledge of cybersecurity tools and endpoint protection solutions.

Familiarity with cloud services, backup solutions, and disaster recovery practices.

Experience supporting trading and financial market applications will be preferred.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and documentation abilities.

Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech/B.E. (Computer Science/IT), BCA, MCA, B.Sc. IT, or equivalent qualification.

3–6 years of relevant IT experience.

Experience in Stock Broking, Depository Participant, Financial Services, NBFC, or Banking sectors will be preferred.

Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, Microsoft Certified, AWS, Cybersecurity Certifications, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

Exposure to NSE, BSE, NSDL, CDSL, and financial market technology environments.

Experience in managing trading terminals, RMS systems, and market data applications.

Understanding of information security and regulatory requirements in the securities industry.
