CTC: upto 20 LPA negotiable for exceptional candidates

About the Role

launching the largest aesthetic clinic in North India, in premium segment in Ludhiana and is looking for an experienced Lead - Marketing to lead the complete marketing and growth function for the clinic.

The ideal candidate must come from the Aesthetic / Dermatology / Cosmetic / Skin & Hair / Beauty & Wellness industry and have a proven track record of generating patient demand, building premium healthcare brands and converting marketing leads into consultations and revenue.

This is a business-critical leadership role with ownership of brand visibility, patient acquisition, digital marketing, local market penetration and marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Business Growth

- Develop and execute the annual marketing and growth strategy for the Ludhiana clinic & Subsequently plan for newer ones.

- Build the clinic as a leading premium destination for aesthetic and dermatology treatments.

- Develop strategies for patient acquisition, retention, referrals and repeat treatments.

- Identify market opportunities, competitor positioning and emerging aesthetic trends.

- Create marketing plans aligned with monthly and annual revenue targets.

2. Performance & Digital Marketing

- Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

- Own lead-generation campaigns for high-value aesthetic procedures.

- Monitor CPL, CAC, lead quality, consultation bookings, conversion rates and ROAS.

- Continuously optimize campaigns based on revenue and patient conversion rather than vanity metrics.

- Oversee SEO, Google Business Profile, website, landing pages and online reputation.

3. Brand Building

- Develop a premium and differentiated brand positioning for the clinic.

- Lead social media, content, influencer, PR and brand communication strategies.

- Build the digital presence of doctors and key specialists in an ethical and credible manner.

- Develop patient-focused educational and treatment-related content.

- Plan launch campaigns, events, workshops and promotional activities.

4. Patient Acquisition & Conversion

- Work closely with the clinic's counselling/sales/call-center team to improve:

- Lead-to-contact ratio

- Lead-to-consultation conversion

- Consultation-to-treatment conversion

- Revenue per patient

- Patient retention

- Establish lead-management processes and marketing-sales SLAs.

- Analyze the complete patient funnel and identify leakage points.

5. Local Market Development

- Build strong visibility across Ludhiana and surrounding markets.

- Develop partnerships with influencers, corporates, premium lifestyle businesses, salons, wellness brands and relevant local communities.

- Plan offline activations, launches, events and doctor-led awareness programs.

- Drive positive reviews, referrals and local brand advocacy.

6. Team & Agency Management

- Build and lead the marketing team.

- Manage digital agencies, creative agencies, influencers, PR partners and other vendors.

- Define KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.

- Ensure timely execution of campaigns and marketing initiatives.

7. Analytics & Reporting

- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.

- Track:

- Leads

- Qualified leads

- CPL

- CAC

- Consultation bookings

- Conversion %

- Treatment revenue

- ROAS

- Patient acquisition cost

- Repeat/referral business

- Present actionable insights to senior management.

Mandatory Requirements

- 8+ years of overall marketing experience.

- Mandatory experience in Aesthetic / Dermatology / Cosmetic / Skin & Hair / Beauty & Wellness industry.

- Proven experience in marketing for an aesthetic clinic, dermatology chain, cosmetic clinic, wellness brand or similar premium consumer healthcare business.

- Strong hands-on understanding of performance marketing, digital marketing and patient acquisition funnels.

- Experience managing marketing teams and external agencies.

- Strong understanding of high-ticket service marketing and customer conversion.

- Excellent communication, leadership and analytical skills.

- Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated ownership of revenue-oriented marketing.

- Cosmetic/dermatology product brands with strong clinic/consumer marketing exposure

Important: Candidates with only generic FMCG, IT, real estate or conventional digital marketing experience without meaningful aesthetics/dermatology exposure should not be considered.
