Job Title: Associate Architect
Location: Studio TreeSpace, Siolim, North Goa
Experience: 2-3 Years

Job Description:
Studio TreeSpace is looking for a talented Associate Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in architectural design and execution, with proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in design development, including conceptualization and detailing of architectural projects.
Prepare and review architectural drawings and presentations using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Conduct site audits to ensure design intent is maintained and coordinate with contractors for execution.
Collaborate with the team on material selection, construction detailing, and project coordination.
Work on permit drawings, working drawings, and documentation as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
2-3 years of professional experience.
Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and design documentation.
Experience in site audits and coordination with contractors and consultants.
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
