Full job description

Key ResponsibilitiesPainting & Maintenance

Carry out interior and exterior painting of hotel buildings and facilities.
Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, filling cracks, and applying primers.
Apply paint, varnish, enamel, texture, and other finishes as required.
Perform touch-up painting in guest rooms, corridors, restaurants, banquet halls, and public areas.
Maintain and repair wall finishes, ceilings, doors, windows, and furniture surfaces.
Undertake polishing and finishing work on wooden and metal surfaces.

Preventive Maintenance

Inspect painted surfaces regularly and identify areas requiring maintenance.
Assist in preventive maintenance schedules for guest rooms and public areas.
Report major repair requirements to the Engineering Supervisor.

Safety & Compliance

Follow hotel safety procedures while handling paints, thinners, and chemicals.
Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when performing painting work.
Ensure proper storage and disposal of paints and related materials.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Inventory & Tools

Maintain painting tools, brushes, rollers, ladders, and equipment in good condition.
Monitor paint and material consumption and report shortages.
Assist in maintaining inventory records of painting materials.

Guest Service

Carry out maintenance work with minimal disturbance to guests.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from departments.
Maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
