Role Overview: Team Lead – Sales
The Team Lead – Sales will drive both B2B and B2C growth while leading a high-performance sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong execution capability, aggressive target ownership, and market-building skills.
You will work closely with senior leadership to scale DigiNotice’s presence across key segments including Banks, Financial Institutions, Advocates, and Real Estate Companies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Target Ownership
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets (B2B & B2C)
- Lead institutional client acquisition efforts
- Close enterprise-level deals and partnerships
2. Lead Generation & Field Execution
- Actively search for and qualify new leads across assigned territories
- Conduct cold calling, networking, and database-driven outreach
- Make regular field visits to prospects and institutional clients
- Deliver product demos and presentations
- Convert prospects into paying clients and ensure smooth onboarding
3. Team Management
- Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Executives
- Set clear KPIs and performance benchmarks
- Conduct regular performance reviews and pipeline assessments
- Ensure disciplined CRM usage and reporting practices
4. Market Development
- Identify and penetrate new cities and industry clusters
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers in banks, law firms, and developer networks
- Represent DigiNotice at industry events and business forums
5. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Design local sales campaigns in coordination with marketing
- Optimize conversion funnels and improve lead-to-deal ratios
- Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to leadership
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, Banking, Financial Services, or Real Estate preferred)
- Prior experience managing or mentoring a sales team
- Strong negotiation and institutional selling skills
- Highly proactive in lead hunting and field sales
- High accountability and execution-driven mindset
- Comfortable with extensive travel and on-ground client meetings
- MBA preferred but not mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,345.71 - ₹45,152.78 per month
