Job Title: HR Operations Executive

Experience: 3+ Years

Location: Indore

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations & Recruitment Executive with 3+ years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations, statutory compliance, employee documentation, onboarding processes, and support IT recruitment.

The ideal candidate should have strong ownership, attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with employees, candidates, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Compliance

Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
Manage PF and other statutory compliance requirements and coordinate with relevant consultants/vendors.
Maintain and organize employee records, HR documentation, contracts, and statutory records.
Support audits and provide required HR/compliance records when needed.
Manage the end-to-end employee onboarding process, including documentation, joining formalities, and HR induction coordination.
Collect, verify, and maintain candidate and employee documentation.
Coordinate and manage the Background Verification (BGV) process.
Ensure employee records and HR databases are updated accurately and on time.
Prepare and maintain employment contracts and other HR-related documentation.

HR Coordination & Administration

Collect and verify employee timesheets and coordinate for timely submission/approval.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for HR-related requirements.
Manage invoicing and related coordination, including verification and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain trackers and reports related to employees, onboarding, compliance, timesheets, and other HR operations.

Recruitment

Support and manage IT recruitment for selected roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other relevant channels.
Screen candidates and conduct initial HR discussions.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, Recruitment, or a similar role.
Good understanding of PF and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience with employee onboarding, documentation, BGV, and HR operations.
Some experience in IT recruitment is required.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Comfortable working with HR trackers, spreadsheets, documentation, and HR systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who can take ownership of HR operations end-to-end, is comfortable working across compliance and recruitment, and can proactively coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure HR processes run smoothly.
