Perform winding of LV and HV transformer coils as per approved design specifications and production schedules.
Operate and monitor winding machines, tools, and related equipment to ensure efficient production.
Interpret and follow winding sheets, technical drawings, work instructions, and process specifications.
Verify conductor dimensions, insulation materials, turn counts, and winding parameters before commencement of work.
Maintain required winding tension, dimensional accuracy, and insulation integrity throughout the winding process.
Conduct in-process inspections and measurements to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Record production data, inspection results, and material consumption as required by company procedures.
Identify and report non-conformities, equipment malfunctions, and material discrepancies to the supervisor.
Support coil assembly, insulation application, and related manufacturing activities when required.
Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure proper care of tools, equipment, and work areas.
Adhere to all company policies related to quality, safety, environmental, and operational standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and reducing manufacturing defects.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
