Social Work Executive
Location: Vadodara (Office/Remote)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Social Worker to lead and strengthen our social impact initiatives in Vadodara. This role involves program development, complex case management, NGO collaboration, community engagement, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is committed to social justice, community development, and sustainable NGO-based work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Development & Case Management
- Assess client needs and design comprehensive care, rehabilitation, and intervention plans
- Lead case management for complex and high-risk cases
- Ensure ethical, culturally sensitive, and rights-based service delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation and case records
2. Team Leadership & Supervision
- Supervise and mentor junior social workers
- Conduct performance reviews and case discussions
- Promote a collaborative and ethical work environment
3. NGO & Community Engagement
- Collaborate with NGOs, community organizations, and government bodies
- Build partnerships for referrals and outreach programs
- Participate in advocacy campaigns and community development initiatives
4. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
- Track program outcomes and analyze impact data
- Prepare reports, case summaries, and donor documentation
- Support grant compliance and reporting requirements
5. Training & Capacity Building
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for staff and volunteers
- Encourage adoption of best practices in social work
6. Policy, Compliance & Ethics
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Contribute to policy and SOP development
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) – Preferred
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in social work, counselling, or community development
- Experience working with NGOs or non-profit organizations
- Proven leadership and supervision experience
