Recruitment & Onboarding
Support the end-to-end recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment records.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
Facilitate new employee induction and ensure completion of joining formalities.
Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation.
Employee Records & HR Administration
Maintain accurate employee and contractor databases.
Update employee records related to attendance, leave, promotions, transfers, and exits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information.
Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
Verify attendance data for payroll processing.
Coordinate with department heads to resolve attendance discrepancies.
Payroll & Salary Processing
Collect and verify monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.
Coordinate with the finance/payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
Prepare payroll-related reports and assist in salary reconciliation.
Address employee queries related to salary, payslips, and payroll deductions.
Maintain payroll records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Contractor Billing & Vendor Coordination
Collect and verify contractor attendance, timesheets, and work completion reports.
Prepare contractor billing statements based on approved work records and contract terms.
Coordinate with contractors and the finance department for invoice submission, verification, and payment processing.
Track contractor invoices, billing schedules, and payment status.
Maintain contractor agreements, billing records, and supporting documentation for audits.
Employee Relations
Respond to employee HR-related queries and provide administrative support.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
Support grievance handling and employee communication initiatives.
Compliance & Documentation
Assist in maintaining statutory compliance records.
Support audits by preparing HR and payroll documentation.
Ensure HR documents are updated, accurate, and securely maintained.
Exit Management
Coordinate employee resignation and exit formalities.
Prepare exit documentation and assist with full-and-final settlement processing.
Conduct exit interviews and maintain exit records.
General HR Support
Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Generate HR dashboards and monthly MIS reports.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and process improvements.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
A postgraduate qualification (MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in HR administration, payroll processing, or a similar HR support role.
Experience in contractor billing, vendor coordination, and salary processing is preferred.
Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, and employee record maintenance.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience using HRMS, payroll software, or ERP systems.
Ability to prepare payroll reports, contractor billing statements, and HR documentation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
