Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee end-to-end Technical Valuation operations across Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana for MSME, LAP segments
Handle empaneled valuation retainers and ensure high-quality valuation report delivery within defined TATs and compliance standards
Ensure proper workload allocation, productivity management, performance tracking, and capability development across teams
Monitor and improve TAT, productivity, quality metrics, operational efficiency, and customer experience
Ensure audit readiness, compliance adherence, and risk management across all valuation workflows
Drive MIS reporting, operational dashboards, performance reviews, and leadership updates for strategic decision-making
Act as a strategic bridge between field operations and senior management by providing business insights, recommendations, and operational feedback
Lead training, mentoring, and capability-building initiatives to strengthen technical and leadership competencies within teams

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters Degree preferred but not mandatory)
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Property Valuation / Technical Assessment with strong exposure to SME, LAP portfolios
Proven experience in handling regional operations, business delivery, and large-scale valuation teams across multiple locations
Strong understanding of mortgage lending processes, valuation risk assessment, and banking operations
Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing distributed teams and multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu. Kannada knowledge will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
