About the Role
- We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Expert (B2B) to drive institutional sales and build strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, corporates, and government bodies.
The ideal candidate has a hunter mindset, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for transforming education through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients including schools, universities, coaching institutes, and corporates.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of institutional leads through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct needs assessments and deliver compelling product demos and proposals tailored to institutional requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership terms with decision-makers and procurement heads.
- Onboard new institutional clients and coordinate with the implementation team for seamless deployment.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure retention and upsell.
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns for B2B audience segments
- Stay updated on competitors, market trends, and EdTech innovations to sharpen positioning.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual B2B revenue targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, education fairs, and B2B networking forums.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (MBA is a plus).
- 2-6 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in EdTech, Saas, or education.
- Strong consultative selling and solution-based sales capabilities.
- Experience dealing with institutional decision-makers — principals, VCs, HODs, L&D heads, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
