Everly White Studios is a luxury lifestyle and design studio creating handcrafted collectibles inspired by love, synchronicity, and conscious living. We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Business Operations & Growth Executive to help manage the day to day operations of a luxury art and lifestyle studio. This role involves coordinating business activities, handling communication, managing schedules, supporting marketing initiatives, assisting with production, and ensuring smooth execution across departments.

What You'll Do
- Build & maintain database of interior designers, architects, luxury real estate firms, hotels etc. for outreach
- Track influencer collaborations from initial contact to content delivery
- Monitor incoming enquiries and ensure every lead recieves a timely follow up
- Maintatin launch checklists, product samples, materials & studio assets for quick access
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and service providers as a single POC.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and support growth initiatives.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has excellent communication skills in English and Assamese.
- A resident of Guwahati having knowledge of events around the city.
- High-end networking ability.
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Has basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Is organized and takes ownership of responsibilities and is eager to grow.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fine Arts, Commerce, or a related field.
- 0 - 1 years of experience in sales, operations, digital marketing, or administration is preferred. Freshers with strong skills and enthusiasm are also encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
