About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building construction projects and a strong understanding of engineering principles, site supervision and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, executing and monitoring building construction projects
Prepare material estimates and project timelines
Submit daily progress reports
Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality, safety compliance and progress tracking
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and project stakeholders
Support senior engineers in quantity estimation, material take-offs and project reports
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards and local building regulations
Identify and resolve technical issues on-site

Qualifications & Requirements:

B.E. or B. Tech degree in Civil Engineering— required
Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction projects
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and standards
Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Office; knowledge of STAAD/ETABS is a plus)
Ability to interpret technical drawings and site reports
Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work on-site, irrespective of location

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
