Full job description

Admin Manager – Administration, Purchase & Material Supply

PSP is looking for an experienced and responsible Admin Manager to handle the overall administration of the company along with purchase, procurement, material supply, vendor management and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall day-to-day administration and smooth functioning of the company.

Handle purchase and procurement of materials for office, projects and client requirements.

Coordinate timely material supply to different project/client locations.

Identify reliable vendors and suppliers and maintain good vendor relationships.

Obtain quotations, compare rates and negotiate prices and commercial terms.

Ensure quality, quantity and specifications of purchased materials.

Coordinate dispatch, transportation and timely delivery of materials.

Maintain purchase, stock, inventory, inward/outward and material movement records.

Handle Purchase Orders, quotations, invoices, bills and delivery challans.

Coordinate with Accounts for vendor bills, payments and reconciliation.

Coordinate with Project, Tender, HR, Accounts and Operations departments.

Manage office assets, equipment, maintenance, housekeeping and other administrative requirements.

Control purchase and administrative costs while maintaining required quality.

Resolve vendor, supply, shortage and urgent procurement-related issues.

Prepare MIS reports related to purchase, supply, inventory and administration.

Conduct vendor/site visits whenever required.

Supervise administrative and support staff.

Assist senior management in overall company operations and ensure smooth functioning of the organization.

Qualification & Skills:

Graduate/MBA preferred. Candidate should have experience in Administration, Purchase, Procurement, Material Supply, Vendor Management and General Operations. Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, documentation, negotiation and MIS reporting is required.

Experience in outsourcing, service, contracting or project-based companies will be preferred.
