The Role
This is not a paper-pushing or traditional administrative role. We are looking for the growth engines of our company. You will act as a Growth & Talent Strategist, responsible for simultaneously amplifying Trellent’s market authority and recruiting elite talent to scale our operations.
What You Will Do
- Talent Acquisition (HR): Source, filter, and interview high-potential candidates, ensuring they possess the discipline required for our strict corporate environment.
- Brand Positioning (Marketing): Execute digital marketing campaigns and content strategies that establish Trellent as the premium automation agency in the Indian market.
- Culture & Onboarding (HR): Manage the seamless integration of new interns and team members into the Trellent Operations Hub, ensuring alignment with our result-driven culture.
- Market Expansion (Marketing): Assist our leadership in identifying new business niches, analyzing competitor weaknesses, and executing targeted outreach initiatives.
The Mentorship Journey
- Phase 1 (Onboarding & Strategy): You will be integrated into the Trellent Operations Hub. You will receive direct training on corporate recruitment psychology, employer branding, and B2B marketing operations.
- Phase 2 (Performance & Execution): You will operate on a strict, target-based model. We prioritize successful outcomes over hours spent online. Once your daily recruitment and marketing targets are met, your responsibilities for the day are complete.
- Phase 3 (Certification & Evaluation): Top performers who demonstrate consistent discipline and target achievement will be evaluated for a permanent, paid position within our Core Team. Successful completion includes an Official recognition Certificate and a Letter of Recommendation.

Weekend Policy
