PMS Sahi Hai is India's first AI-powered marketplace for Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). We help HNIs, NRIs, and Family Offices compare, evaluate, and invest in 1,000+ strategies smarter and faster — backed by Nyra, our in-house AI Wealth Compass.
We are a small, ambitious team building the next generation of wealth management infrastructure in India. We move fast, we use AI as leverage, and we believe one sharp operator with the right tools can outperform a traditional team of ten.
The Role
We are looking for an AI Operations Associate — someone who lives inside Claude (and other AI tools) and uses them as their primary way of getting work done. This is not a traditional role. You will not be asked to write code from scratch, design from a blank page, or grind through repetitive tasks manually.
Instead, your job is to orchestrate. You will use Claude as your co-pilot to manage our growing fleet of AI agents, run day-to-day operational tasks across the business, and handle the small-but-important things that keep PMS Sahi Hai humming — from social media posts to research summaries to client follow-up drafts.
If you are the kind of person who has spent the last year obsessively figuring out what AI can do for you, and who genuinely enjoys the loop of "prompt → review → refine → ship," you will love this role.
What You'll Do
You will use Claude as your daily operating system to execute across these areas:
AI Agent Management
- Operate, monitor, and improve the fleet of AI agents running inside Nyra and across the business — research agents, content agents, client-prep agents, and ops agents.
- Catch failure cases, refine prompts, and feed improvements back into our agent workflows so the system gets sharper week over week.
- Coordinate handoffs between agents and humans — knowing what to escalate, what to automate, and what to trash.
Social Media & Content Operations
- Run day-to-day social media management across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and Facebook — drafting, scheduling, and posting using Claude as your writing partner.
- Turn founder-thinking-out-loud notes, voice memos, and rough ideas into polished posts, infographics briefs, and newsletter sections.
- Engage with comments, DMs, and inbound leads — drafting responses with Claude and routing the high-priority ones to the founder.
Research, Briefs & Internal Ops
- Prepare client meeting briefs, fund manager research notes, and competitor scans — using Claude to synthesise quickly and accurately.
- Draft client follow-ups, partnership emails, and internal documentation.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, basic dashboards, and operational trackers.
The "Small Things" That Add Up
- Calendar management, vendor coordination, document formatting, deck polishing, expense tracking, travel arrangements.
- Anything that frees up the founder to focus on relationships and strategy — if Claude can help you do it, it's in scope.
Who You Are
- You have spent serious hours using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools — not casually, but as a daily driver for real work.
- You write clearly. You can take a messy thought and turn it into a clean paragraph (with Claude's help, of course).
- You are organised, proactive, and comfortable owning many small things at once without dropping any of them.
- You are curious about wealth management, fintech, and how AI is reshaping financial services — or willing to get curious fast.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity. Many days, your job will be to figure out the right thing to do, not just execute a checklist.
- You take ownership. If something is broken, you fix it or flag it — you don't wait.
Bonus Points
- Prior experience running social media for a brand, agency, or founder.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Zoho, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Zapier/Make, or any no-code automation stack.
- Background or interest in finance, capital markets, mutual funds, PMS, or AIFs.
- Comfort with light prompt engineering, basic Python, or scripting — useful but not required.
