Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director (MD)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Managing Director. The candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate with departments and follow up on pending tasks.
Draft emails, letters, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Organize travel arrangements, meetings, and events as required.
Maintain records, documents, and MIS reports.
Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
Ensure timely communication and coordination with clients, vendors, and team members.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

Experience: 0–2 Years

Freshers are also welcome to apply. Candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn will be preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
