Full job description

Job Description – Project Manager / Electrical.

Qualification:

Candidates must meet one of the following eligibility criteria:

Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Electrical /Mechanical / Electronics Engineering with 15 years of relevant professional experience. OR
Diploma in Project Management / Construction Management Engineering with 20 years of relevant professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of electrical projects from planning and mobilization through execution, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
Develop and monitor project execution plans, schedules, resource requirements, and key milestones.
Review and ensure compliance with approved electrical designs, drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, method statements, and applicable standards.
Supervise and monitor electrical installation, erection, testing, commissioning, and related site activities.
Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
Monitor project progress against approved schedules and take timely corrective measures to address delays, constraints, and deviations.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources.
Monitor project costs, material requirements, productivity, and resource utilization to support effective cost control.
Ensure that all electrical works are executed in accordance with applicable codes, standards, statutory requirements, and contractual specifications.
Establish and maintain effective quality control and quality assurance practices throughout project execution.
Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
Identify project risks and technical issues and implement appropriate mitigation and corrective action plans.
Review and monitor the performance of contractors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to contractual, technical, quality, and safety requirements.
Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, snag rectification, documentation, and final project handover.
Provide technical guidance and leadership to engineers, supervisors, technicians, and other project personnel.
Conduct and participate in project review meetings and provide periodic progress reports to senior management.
Maintain proper project documentation, records, reports, correspondence, and other relevant technical and contractual documents.
Ensure effective coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and other project functions.
Support resolution of technical, contractual, and operational issues arising during project execution.

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹238,000.00 per month
