Job Title: Travel Operations & Customer Success Manager

Our mission is to deliver unforgettable travel experiences with exceptional customer service.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Manager to lead our sales team while driving conversions from company-generated leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mentoring the sales team, ensuring prompt lead follow-ups, improving conversion rates, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This is not a target-based role. All qualified leads are provided by the company. Attractive performance-based incentives are offered in addition to the fixed salary.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Management

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Monitor daily sales activities and ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.
Guide team members in handling customer objections and improving conversion rates.
Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Develop sales strategies to improve team productivity and customer satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to company processes and quality standards.

Customer Sales

Handle high-value customer inquiries and assist in closing bookings.
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
Explain itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and travel policies.
Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the booking process.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth trip execution.
Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat bookings and referrals.

Reporting & Operations

Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and sales performance in the CRM.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Track lead response times and conversion performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or service industry is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Ability to coach and motivate a team to achieve high conversion rates.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Passion for travel and delivering excellent customer experiences.
