Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Admission Advisors to help aspiring professionals explore our Capital Markets Program. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective learners, understand their career aspirations, and guide them through the enrollment journey with a consultative approach.

If you enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, and helping individuals make important career decisions, we'd love to hear from you.

Roles & Responsibilities

Engage with prospective learners through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
Understand each candidate's educational background, career goals, and learning requirements.
Provide personalized guidance on the Capital Markets Program, including curriculum, career outcomes, eligibility, and learning experience.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and program walkthroughs.
Address candidate queries regarding admissions, fee plans, financing options, and enrollment timelines.
Build strong relationships through timely follow-ups and regular communication.
Manage the complete admissions lifecycle—from lead qualification to successful enrollment.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline updates in the CRM platform.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Consistently achieve monthly enrollment and conversion goals while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

What We're Looking For

1–4 years of experience in admissions, education counseling, inside sales, EdTech, banking sales, financial services, or other consultative B2C sales roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Confidence in handling objections and influencing decision-making.
Experience working with CRM tools for lead management and follow-ups.
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment.
Proficiency in English along with at least one regional language is preferred.
Willingness to work six days a week from the Gurugram office.
