Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)

Position: Workshop Technician
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Workshop Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in workshop operations, fabrication, assembly, and the use of workshop machinery and tools. Candidates with experience in drone, mechanical, or product manufacturing will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform fabrication, assembly, and maintenance of mechanical components and structures.
- Operate workshop tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Carry out welding, drilling, cutting, grinding, fitting, and carpentry work as required.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical instructions.
- Assist engineers in prototype development and product manufacturing.
- Maintain workshop equipment and ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Follow quality standards and workplace safety procedures.
- Support testing, repair, and modification of products whenever required.
Qualifications
- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, Welder, Carpenter, Fabrication, Production, or a related trade.
- Hands-on experience in workshop operations and fabrication.
- Good knowledge of welding, carpentry, metal fabrication, and workshop tools.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and follow technical instructions.
- Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with fabrication and assembly of mechanical products.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Fusion 360, or similar design software will be an added advantage.
- Experience in drone, robotics, automotive, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
