Full job description

Main Job Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of this position is to perform housekeeping duties for one designated floor of an executive residence managed by our company.

You will be responsible for managing the cleaning schedule and carrying out the cleaning work independently.

Responsibilities include routine cleaning of the living areas, organizing and tidying the residence, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, collecting and disposing of garbage, and maintaining a comfortable, clean, and hygienic living environment.

Please note: This is not a supervisory or management position. The role does not involve managing cleaning staff or overseeing building or interior maintenance.

Furthermore, as required, the successful candidate will be responsible for support tasks that underpin the company's operations, such as receiving parcels, managing supplies and inventory, providing simple office support, and assisting with in-house events and volunteer activities.

The ideal candidate is responsible, attentive to detail, and committed to performing tasks carefully and thoroughly. They should also be adaptable to changing situations and able to work cooperatively with team members while carrying out their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Premium Residential Housekeeping:
Daily Maintenance: Systematic floor cleaning across all rooms.
Kitchen Hygiene: Maintaining absolute hygiene and deep cleaning the kitchen area (including countertops and appliances).
Linen & Bedroom Upkeep: Periodic bed linen changing and general upkeep of bedrooms.
Laundry Services: Handling daily laundry requirements, including clothes washing and precise ironing.
Glass & Windows: Regular cleaning of windows, glass surfaces, and balconies.
Sanitization: Thorough cleaning and sanitization of toilets and bathrooms daily.
Outdoor Care: Daily watering of household plants and keeping balcony areas clean.
Delivery Management: Being present at the residence to safely receive, check, and store incoming deliveries when they arrive.
General Support: Performing other related duties and general support tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.

Preferred Qualifications & Background:

Prior Experience: Proven background in professional housekeeping is preferred.
Industry Background: Experience in hotel housekeeping (experience in 3-star to 5-star hotels will be an advantage), serviced apartments,
corporate guest houses, or premium residential setups is preferred.
Communication: Basic English communication skills are preferred.
