Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or quantitative fields such as Mathematics or Statistics.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in analytics, showcasing a depth of knowledge and skills in the field.
At least 2 year of experience in leading analytics projects, demonstrating leadership capabilities and project management skills.
A proven ability to prioritize diverse responsibilities and adapt to evolving business challenges, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Experience in understanding business team functions and designing effective data/technology solutions that connect business processes with measurable outcomes.
Skills in automating existing manual reports and processes to enhance operational efficiency and throughput.
Familiarity with creating complex queries and procedures using a variety of technologies and languages (e.g., SQL, VBA, Python, Spark, LLM).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, PowerApps, and Power BI.
A strong presence with the capability to simultaneously lead multiple projects while maintaining a results-oriented focus.
In-depth knowledge of modern scripting languages, particularly Python and R.
Expertise in reporting tools such as Spotfire, Tableau, or Power BI.
Advanced understanding of multivariate statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex quantitative analyses clearly and accurately to peers and leaders.
Experience in managing and mentoring a team, fostering growth and development within the team dynamic.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Master's degree in fields such as Business Administration (MBA), Mathematics, Analytics, or quantitative disciplines like Econometrics or Statistics is required.
Strong capability to design and monitor meaningful operational metrics is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in developing machine learning models is essential.
