Position

Three Phase AC Technician

Location

As per company project/site requirements

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Three Phase AC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial air conditioning systems. The candidate should have strong knowledge of three-phase electrical systems, HVAC equipment, and site safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Installation, servicing, and maintenance of three-phase air conditioning systems.
Diagnose and repair faults in HVAC systems, electrical panels, compressors, motors, and control circuits.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Handle wiring, testing, and commissioning of AC units.
Read electrical drawings and technical diagrams.
Ensure proper functioning of chillers, ductable ACs, VRV/VRF systems, package units, and split AC systems.
Maintain service records and submit daily work reports.
Follow safety standards and company procedures during all site operations.
Coordinate with supervisors and site teams for timely completion of work.

Required Skills & Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or Electrical.
Experience in handling three-phase AC systems.
Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and HVAC servicing.
Ability to work independently at project sites.
Basic understanding of tools, gas charging, brazing, and electrical testing instruments.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience

Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
