Position: Senior Architect

We are looking for a creative and passionate Senior Architect who can contribute not only technical expertise but also original design thinking and a genuine appreciation for sustainable architecture.

The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Has a strong passion for architecture and design.
- Appreciates sustainable and natural building practices.
- Understands context, climate, and landscape.

- Can independently handle projects from concept to execution.
- Enjoys working in a collaborative and design-focused environment.
Graduates from reputed institutions such as SPA, CEPT, IITs, NITs, JJ School of Architecture, and other leading architecture schools are encouraged to apply. However, we value talent, creativity, and a compelling portfolio above all else.
Key Responsibilities
Design
- Develop architectural concepts and design narratives.
- Design residences, eco-retreats, hospitality projects, and landscapes.
- Prepare presentations, mood boards, and client proposals.
- Produce high-quality plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations.
Technical
- Prepare complete Working Drawings and GFC sets.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants.
- Resolve design and construction challenges.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and execution-ready.
Project Management
- Handle projects from concept through execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation.
- Maintain project timelines and quality standards.
Leadership
- Guide junior architects and interns.
- Review drawings and maintain design consistency.
- Contribute to studio discussions and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical ability.
- Experience in residential, hospitality, or sustainable architecture is preferred.
- Ability to manage projects independently.
Software Skills
Applicants should be proficient in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Lumion / D5 Render / Twinmotion
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- Revit (preferred)
- MS Office / Google Workspace
Knowledge of BIM workflows and AI-assisted visualization tools will be an added advantage.

Compensation
