Job Title: Plant Head – Plastic Injection Molding Unit

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Plant Head for our Plastic Injection Molding Unit. The candidate will be responsible for complete plant operations including Production, Maintenance, Quality, PPC, Dispatch, Manpower Management, Cost Control, and achieving organizational goals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete plant operations and overall factory management.
Ensure smooth production activities as per customer requirements and production planning.
Strong knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding process and machine operations.
Monitor Production, Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Dispatch, and Stores activities.
Achieve production targets with minimum rejection and maximum productivity.
Implement process improvement and cost reduction activities.
Ensure preventive maintenance of machines and utilities.
Monitor raw material utilization and control wastage.
Handle manpower planning, training, discipline, and shift management.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
Ensure implementation of safety, quality, and 5S systems in the plant.
Maintain plant MIS reports, production reports, and operational data.
Support new product development and process optimization activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and manufacturing standards.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding process.
Knowledge of PPC, Production Planning, and Plant Operations.
Leadership and team handling skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Knowledge of Quality Systems and Manufacturing Standards.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualification:
Diploma / BE Mechanical / Polymer / Plastic Engineering
Experience:
10 to 18 Years (Preferred in Plastic Injection Molding Industry)
