Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Medicine to join our medical team. As a Physician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing various medical conditions for patients of all ages. Your expertise and patient-centric approach will contribute to the overall well-being of our community.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and medical histories.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to aid in the diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients, considering their medical conditions and individual needs.
- Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies as necessary.
- Monitor and review patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans when required.
- Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions and the importance of preventive care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Keep abreast of medical advancements, attending conferences and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized university or equivalent.
- Valid and current medical license to practice in Himachal Pradesh.
- Post-graduate degree (MD/MS/DNB) in General Medicine or a relevant specialty is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Physician, with a minimum of [1] years of clinical practice.
