About the Role
We're hiring a Technical Onsite Support Executive for our Inorbit Mall_Hubballi location. This role works closely with Service Delivery Managers to support tool / software implementation and operations at client locations such as malls, food courts, and airports. The candidate will handle software installation, data monitoring, integrations, audits, and first-level escalations.
Timings: Monday to Saturday (Day Shift)
Experience: 0–1 Year
What You'll Own
Software Installation & Integration
1. Install software / utility by connecting with brand teams at client locations.
2. Coordinate with brands and set up slots for utility installation / upgrade.
3. Ensure system requirements are in place for smooth installation.
4. Coordinate and follow up with retailers for new brand integrations (ADSR LIVE).
Data Monitoring & Reporting
1. Ensure availability of accurate sales data for all brands at the location.
2. Coordinate daily with the SDM for timely resolutions and updation of automated daily sales data.
3. Collect and upload sales data on the portal for select brands.
4. Analyse missing data with appropriate reasons on a daily basis.
5. Monitor brand status and correctness of overall data.
Audits & Quality
1. Conduct periodic audits and report findings.
2. Assist in root cause analysis of audit findings.
3. Seek clarification from tenants / concessionaires for data discrepancies not reflecting in bill-wise reports.
Coordination & Communication
1. Conduct daily PRE LIVE huddle calls with the mall team for new live brands.
2. Contribute to the weekly project huddle call with the SDM.
3. Update and maintain the knowledge base of all tickets and issues.
4. Train team members on processes, applications, and tools.
5. Handle first-level escalations.
What We're Looking For
Must Have:
1. Knowledge of software installation through remote connection tools — mandatory.
2. Understanding of POS systems — mandatory.
3. MIS reporting experience.
4. Understanding of store infrastructure (basic or advanced).
5. Previous customer service, support, or basic technical experience.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Experience in providing helpdesk support for Software / Hardware / Networking domains.
8. Courteous and professional phone manners, demeanour, and attitude.
Good to Have:
1. Knowledge of project-related information: IIS, FTP, SFTP, Firewall, Antivirus, Cloud Server, Routers, and Switches.
2. Querying / SQL language.
3. Experience in a similar role or Retail operations.
4. Knowledge of databases and network environments.
