Full job description

The Junior Accountant provides important accounting support to the department, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. The ability to be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have great communication and interpersonal skills is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

Inward and Outward Maintenance:

Maintain all in and out correspondence, which includes mail, packages, and deliveries

Maintain records of all in and out shipments.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies and maintenance services.

Tally - Prime, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Effectively apply Microsoft Excel to input data, analyze data, and present reports.

Apply Microsoft Word to prepare and format documents, letters, and presentations.

Presentation Making and Attendance Maintenance:

Support in preparation of presentations including data gathering, making slides, and formatting materials.

Keep accurate attendance records of the employees, tracking leave requests, sick days, and vacation time.

General Administrative Support:

Answer and direct phone calls.

Schedule and coordinate meetings.

Maintain office supplies and equipment.

Assist with travel arrangements (if applicable).

Provide general support to the department as needed.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong proficiency in Tally Prime accounting software.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to function independently and to work as part of a group.

Positive attitude that is proactive.

Gender:
male & female candidates are preferable.

Working Hours:

10: am - 6.30pm.(8.30 hours)

Working Days:
Monday to Saturday .

Paid Leave:

1 paid leave will be allotted to the candidate.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
