Full job description

Do you possess good knowledge in lease administration? Do you have prior experience in processing lease requests and abstraction? If so, you may be a good fit. At Deloitte, we provide customer services and develop new products and services to sustain competitive advantage, while they consolidate and standardize a diverse collection of systems, processes, and functions. In the role of Lease Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing lease requests, abstraction, trending analysis and requesting TI allowance from the vendors.

Work you'll do

As an Associate, Analytics and Insights on the Real Estate Services (RES) team, you will be responsible for:

Abstract new lease documents into the Real Estate Technology System (RETS) and prepare tenant improvement summaries for new leases, including cash, dates, funding requirements, and sunset rules where applicable
Maintain rent vendor information, including processing new vendors and vendor changes through the accounts payable system
Support the monthly rent run by preparing invoice backup, compiling spreadsheets for analysis, and completing month-to-month comparisons
Process subtenant cash receipts and monthly billing activities, including annual rent escalations, and maintain trending analysis worksheets for annual operating expense escalations
Prepare lease surrender checklists, monitor building ownership changes, and support monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reporting

Real Estate Services (RES) Team is focused on improvement of our workplace design through occupancy analysis, Lease administration, systems enhancement and project management process. Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree
3-4 years of experience in lease administration, lease abstraction, and reporting
Experience reviewing lease agreements, lease-related documents, and business communications to extract data for lease administration systems and reporting
Experience preparing lease abstracts and supporting lease administration reporting activities
Knowledge of commercial real estate documents and leasing processes
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

Preferred:

Experience with U.S. commercial real estate lease abstraction
Experience with operating expense reconciliations
Experience working with a U.S.-based company
Experience using third-party lease administration database programs
